One of our goals is to give you the best care both in and out of our office. Out of respect for both the clinicians and the patients we ask that you do your best to keep the clinic informed of any changes in your schedule that may cause you to miss and/or be tardy for an appointment. However, we do recognize that life has unexpected events and will allow forgiveness for the first time tardy and the first cancellation outside of the 24 hours. Please read the following clinic policies to help up maintain the best clinic experience for you and other patients.
We encourage all new patients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out the new patient forms if they have not done so online, change if necessary, and to ensure they are able to make it to the clinic location for their scheduled time to allow for a complete session.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge if done 24 hours in advance. You may leave a voicemail if the cancellation is made after hours. Cancellations will be charged $40 if adequate notice is not provided.
As with most offices, late arrivals set the schedule back significantly and affect the following patients. You will only be allowed the remainder of your time and asked to reschedule if you are beyond ten minutes tardy. If a tardy appointment will be forgiven twice and thereafter you will be charged for the treatment. It will be up to the clinician’s discretion if they will be able to adjust the schedule or reschedule for a later appointment that day. If it is possible to squeeze you in, we will do our best to make that happen.
-NO SHOW POLICY
If patient does not show up for their schedule appointment time and does not provide an advanced notice, they will be charged the full fee of the treatment scheduled. This policy is in place out of respect for the clinician’s time and schedule.
Please note we understand that events happen that are out of your control. These unforeseen circumstances can be forgiven.
