Tips and Tricks
How to get around some common places sugar sneaks into our life:
A day in my life of what I eat:
6:30am: 2-3 cups of water
7:30am: handful of cashews and raisins (the raisins are free from added sugar) and sometimes a sugar free banana muffin
9:00am: workout at the gym
10:30am: egg scramble (3 eggs, bacon, pepper, onions, and sweet potatoes)
11:00am: another handful of nuts and raisins
1:00pm: left overs from dinner the night before
3:00pm: rice cake with almond butter or peanut butter and sometimes a Lara Bar
6:00pm: grilled chicken with steamed broccoli and carrots with a side of cous cous
8:00pm: chopped up apple with ¼ cup of plain yogurt, sprinkled in cashews and raisins
